Doraverse Pricing at a Glance: Subscription + Credit & Seat-Based Add-Ons

With Doraverse, you get a simple, scalable hybrid pricing model—flat-fee base subscription, per-seat add-ons, and flexible credit top-ups.

Base Subscription

A monthly (or annual) flat fee covers up to 5 seats plus $50 of monthly credits to power your team’s AI usage.

Seat Add-Ons

Pay per seat for every member beyond the included 5. Scale exactly as you need.

Credit Add-Ons

Top up prepaid credits or cover overages so your team never runs out during peak usage.

Seat Add-Ons Management

Doraverse uses a flexible seat add-on model that grows with your team.

Adding Seats

  • Your base subscription includes 5 seats.

  • If the admins invite more than 5 team members, each additional seat incurs a $9/seat/mo charge (for monthly subscriptions).

  • When new seats are added in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll only be prorated charged for the days remaining in that cycle.

What is a Prorated Charge?

A prorated charge means you pay only for the portion of the billing cycle that the extra seat was in use.

For example, if you add a seat halfway through the month, you are charged only for those remaining days, not the full month.

Calculation Example

Remove Seats

  • Removing a member does not cancel the seat. The seat remains active (held) until the next billing cycle and is not refunded.

  • Admin can refill the slot with a new member without additional cost.


Credits Management

Doraverse uses a flexible credit system.

Credits are always consumed in this order: Free credit → Monthly credit → Prepaid credit.

Monthly Credits ($50/mo)

  • Included with your base subscription.

  • Reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Prepaid Credits

  • Purchased via one-time top-ups.

  • Only expire after 12 months if your subscription is canceled.

  • Non-refundable.

Free Credits

  • Earned via Doraverse's promotions: trials, referrals or exclusive campaigns.

  • Time-limited; expiration set by each program.

Try Before You Subscribe — 14-Day Free Trial with $10 Free Credit

How Doraverse trials work:

  • All new workspaces will automatically receive a 14-day trial and $10 in free credits to explore Doraverse features. Workspaces created before July 1, 2025, will begin their trial on that date but will not receive the free credits.

  • During the trial, workspaces enjoy full access to all Doraverse capabilities — with no limitations and no credit card needed.

  • The trial ends immediately if the admin subscribes before the trial period expires, or after the full 14 days if no subscription is made.

  • When the admin successfully subscribes, the subscription charge, seat activation, and monthly credits will all be triggered immediately.

  • If the admin subscribes during the trial period, the billing cycle will begin after the trial ends (not on the subscription date).

Example

Your workspace starts a 14-day trial on August 1.

The admin subscribes to a paid plan on August 5, while the trial is still active. Although the subscription and payment are processed immediately on August 5, the billing cycle for your paid plan will start after the trial ends—on August 15.

This means the first paid billing period runs from August 15 to September 15, not from August 5.

  • Free credits provided during the 14-day trial are valid for 14 days from the day the workspace is created.


Subscription Cancellations

Cancel Your Subscription

Admin can cancel their Doraverse subscription at any time by following these steps:

Go to Account → Admin → Billing → Overview → Manage Billing. This will open the Stripe portal, where admin can select the cancellation option for workspace's current plan.

Cancellations apply to the entire workspace and must be performed by an admin. Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will apply after cancellation.

Access After Cancellation

After your billing period ends, members will still be able to log in your Doraverse workspace; however, all feature access will be suspended. This means you will no longer be able to use any Doraverse features.

Prepaid Credits Policy

Doraverse does not provide refunds for prepaid credits. Any unused credits remaining at the time of cancellation will stay available for up to 12 months from your cancellation date. After that period, any unused credits will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Reactivate Subscription

You can reactivate your subscription any time in your Billing → Overview tab.
