Manage your workspace's billing seamlessly in one central hub.

Our billing process is designed for flexibility, ensuring charges reflect both the subscription and the workspace’s actual usage:

  • When the admin subscribes, a base subscription fee is charged, which includes up to 5 seats and $50 in monthly credits.

  • If the admin invites more than 5 members, additional seat fees ($9/seat/mo for the monthly subscription) will apply. The number of active seats is recalculated at the start of each new billing cycle.

  • The admin can add or remove seats at any time during the billing period. All seat changes are automatically prorated and reflected on the next invoice, whether it’s a monthly or annual plan.

  • If the team uses up both the included monthly credits and free credits, the admin can purchase prepaid credits to ensure uninterrupted access.


Charges

All billing is handled through Stripe. Doraverse doesn’t store any sensitive payment information, and you can manage all your billing information through the Billing tab in your Admin Workspace.

When and how you’re charged:

  • On subscription activation (trial → subscription) or upgrade (monthly → annual).

  • At the start of each billing cycle, based on your current total number of seats.


Manage Billing & Invoice

Go to Account → Admin → Billing → Overview → Manage Billing to:

  • View your billing and credit usage history

  • Update payment methods

  • View and download invoices
